It appeared to me the company consists of just 2 people- a father and son operation respectively John and Brandom Williams. I initially had this company come to repair the breach between my front porch and the siding of the house because water was entering the basement. Several times I inquired to Mr. John if this was something they could fix and they assured me each time that it was just due to the flashing not in place underneath the door and we can fix it and guaranteed it. Since the repairs, the water is still leaking into my basement. I called them to come and check it out. Brandon who seems to lack knowledge and expertise about this came one morning and sealed some random holes with cement caulk. The very next day it poured raining again. The water was still coming in basement. I have not been able to get them back here to fix or refund my money. Not to mention they lied several times about having been here to repair it. They were not equipped for the job and I am out of $1100. In addition to repairing the breach they also added gutterguards which were coming apart after the first rainfall. My front storm door they popped off while they were here and it was sloppily repatched. The quality of their work is shoddy. I would not recommend them and I will be taking this further if I do not get my money back.

They took three weeks to complete a job that should have taken three to four days; they did not show up on time; took long lunches and quit at 4. Owner was not aware of what was happening at the job site. There was only one or two men working when the owner thought there were three. Constant "misunderstandings" of instructions. Messy. Worker was angry and said he was going to quit because we complained about quality of work. They delayed the house getting listed for sale at least two weeks.

I had a fairly large home-improvement projects performed by American Handyman. The service is included the replacement of interior doors, installation of laminate flooring in kitchen and living room as well as several electrical sockets replaced and roof repair. All of these tasks were performed at a great rate and I am highly satisfied with service

Was able to work my schedule and showed up on time for our scheduled project. Project was done in a timely manner. Considering the complexity of the job I was very satisfied with the quality and price.
