Definitely would NOT recommend. Their sales pitch is pretty convincing, showing all the particles in your water before and after it gets filtered. But then they had the gall to say that getting a filter for the whole house would save me money in the long run, conveniently leaving out the part where I need to go get water softener pellets like once a month. I had it for a month before an O-ring broke and water was leaking all over my garage, getting softener all over the floor and staining it. I tried calling them up but they were "moving offices" and never got back to me until I complained to the Better Business Bureau. I finally got someone else to fix it. Then, with this last cold snap in January 2024, the water in the filter froze, even with foam protecting it and a water drip. Once again, I called them up and they said they'd call me back once a representative was available. I'm writing this in mid February and still haven't heard back from them. Absolutely horrendous customer service, straight up false advertising in the sales pitch, and I didn't even finish paying off the $6,000 before it broke beyond repair. I'll probably just end up taking it to the dump and living with the icky Oklahoma water.

0/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND STAY AWAY FROM THIS SCAM OF A COMPANY THAT WILL JUST DO MORE DAMAGE TO YOUR HOUSE THAN FIX IT This has been an absolute NIGHTMARE and if I could give the entire water system back, I would. The person they had installed the water system did not know what he was doing. He left our pipes in a complete mess and we had to have someone come out and fix a leak within a week of it being installed. Now about 6 months later, there is a giant pool of water flooding the hallway. After hiring a plumber, we found that it was a super janky pipe mess that the installer had made and it is leaking all over the place! I have tried calling support; nothing. I have tried calling the owner; nothing. Ive tried contacting the person who helped us in the first place just to find he no longer works there because the owner is apparently a scammer who likes to cut corners. Home insurance wont cover this because this is YOUR mess that you made. Yet they ignore my calls because they dont want to fix it. CALL YOUR CUSTOMERS BACK YOU COWARDS!!! Ill consider giving you a 5 star if you keep your word and fix this as you promised this system was under a lifetime warranty!!! Fix this and I will take back my BBB report, too. FIX YOUR S***.

Installation was very quick and complete. Water is now FANTASTIC, ice Crystal Clear. I raised my 'stars' rating after the owner stepped in and corrected a few misunderstandings. TOP NOTCH SUPPORT in Melissa Rogers, one of the support managers at OKAWC.

My appointment was scheduled for Monday to install the water system John arrived and cut six different holes in three different walls looking for the water main. 4 hours later I find out from him that there is a piece of equipment at the office that he did not bring with him that would find the water main without tearing anything up, this was very disappointing. I called and spoke with a gentleman named Clyde about the situation and he told me that John how did this before and that he knows it would not help my situation but promise me that it would never happen to anyone else. The water system was not installed on Monday even though the installer was here from 10 a.m. until 5:00 p.m. with a 3-hour lapse in that visit as he had to go get the piece of equipment to find the water main. My service was to be rescheduled for Sunday to be installed. John the installer comes back at 8:30 a.m. on Sunday and was having problems again I asked him questions about what was wrong and he yelled at me and told me to let him do his job. I called Anthony the Rep that sold me the water system and after requesting to speak with somebody he hung up on me. Very unprofessional company. Wish I could post pictures of how they left my walls and my front yard where they dug up the water main, not a pretty sight.
