I don't know why he's called the Angry Tech because he's one of the nicest guys you'll meet. Eddie called to confirm his service appointment and then called again to let me know he could see me sooner. He arrived on time and addressed my issue to my satisfaction. He was professional and courteous. His rates were very reasonable. I'd recommend highly.

Ed is an absolute professional, courteous, very knowledgable, amusing to chat with and fees were extremely reasonable. Eddie responded to my request at 7:45 am on a Sunday morning. He lives approx. 50 miles away and arrived at the stated time. Two hrs later and I had my computer back with a bunch of upgrades. He even drove out to MicroCenter (10 miles away) for a hard drive in the middle of repair. I cannot say enough good things about this gentleman. Pass this along to whoever reads this please. Thank you so much Eddie.
