This man said I needed to replace my seals on a commercial fridge. Charged me $240 came back changed one seal and charged me another $120 to put the seals on and when he left, my door did not close at all he has been telling me he is coming back and still has not made it back. I am taking him to court!

I paid for a service call, paid for parts and my dryer is not fixed. No communication.

"First of all, you didn't even have the diagnostic fee on hand to pay me when I came and after I left. I told you exactly what was needed for your dryer, and you decided to try to get the part yourself and have a family member fix it which didn't work out for you. I received my diagnostic fee days later only when you decided that you wanted me to do the job. I do not sell or distribute parts. I have all the call log attempts to reach you for service after the part came. I took photos of myself in front of your house and call attempts in which you didn't answer on your scheduled date. You call me when it's convenient for you and then blame me"

The contractor started and it seemed that he was capable to repair the washing machine and the ice maker, and he was very comfortable and confident at the beginning, then he purchased the parts and after threat, he did not show us after a few 3 weeks because the washing machine parts were on back-order, then he repairs the machines but the reparation did not work and now both machines do not work.

The technician that came to my house to repair our dryer was very professional. He showed me what the problem was. He gave me an estimate of what it would cost to have it repaired. They ordered the parts and within just a few days our dryer was repaired. I would highly recommend this company for appliance repairs.

The technician was very professional and honest. He reiterated what I had suspected, that my washer's transmission was shot and the cost to fix it (and a leak) was almost the cost of a new unit.
