I was advised what parts needed to be ordered and when they came in, he would come and install them. I sent him a message stating the parts were here. He never returned my messages and never came to install the parts. My daughter bought me another new washer and had my mother's old machine repaired while we have been waiting. I will not use your services again.

Scott came out the next day and was prompt to our appointment. He diagnosed the problem with the dryer, replaced the belt, and completed the job in less than an hour. He was very pleasant and professional. So happy that we didn’t have to replace our 13 yr old dryer, cost to repair was more than fair. Will certainly call if/when other things break down.
