Here at The Appliance Guys. We have over 10 years in the industry and with that experience and our combined buying power we can assure reasonable rates and fast turn around. We specialize in appliance repair and installations for all major household and commercial appliances and service all makes and models. We Charge an $89 service $59 if you mention our Home Advisor Ad. If you have your appliance repaired we will waive your whole service fee! We also provide a lifetime parts warranty and a one year labor warranty. We take pride in our customer service and our ability to repair a homeowner or business owners equipment and to be both fast and affordable. Because we understand that having a failed appliance is something that needs to be addressed quickly yet not break the bank. I paid for the repair and parts in full the day the technician came to my home. Waited over a month to hear the wrong parts were ordered. Had to wait again on parts to be installed. Once they were, the washer still didn't work. Called to have another technician come out, made an appointment, never showed. Someone finally came out and stated that the initial diagnosis was incorrect and that it would cost an additional $500 on top of the $300 we already paid. I have been trying for weeks to call and email the company and get no response. I want my money refunded NOW! This was a horrible experience. I have been dealing with this since September of 2015! It is now January 2016.

Missed first 2 appts. "Fixed" the problem after a 2 week wait for parts. Still have the same problem. Had an appt. to come back, but did not show or call. Numerous calls to company are not taken and messages are not returned. First clue was when "technician" wanted money for the part up front. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Only took a few minutes to look at appliance before ordering repair kit, over charged about service fee HomeAdvisor says $59 and the tech and customer service rep said $89. Had to cancel order because they had the wrong part at the warehouse and was going to take two-three days longer then service promised. Also, have not receive our refund money from them for not having services completed.

a day 2 day labor and parts waitin period turned out to be a week long of waiting for them to repair my appliance. finally when they made the appointment to do the job they changed the time and then when I told him I couldn't do it they canceled for the day I've had to wait another day for them to come and repair the park once they repaired it the appliance still did not work. I called several times the next day and they would not answer the phone. I had to find someone else to finish the job properly.
