Arrived as scheduled. Very good communications prior to the service appointment. Took great care in servicing our refrigerator that had frozen up. Replaced the necessary part, did a PM service and problem was solved in about one hour. Definitely recommend this company.

James arrived during the time window we agreed upon. He was very personable and knowledgeable It was a breath of fresh air to have him say he worked on all brands as I have had other repairmen tell me they don't work on "that brand". I was having issues with three kitchen appliances. He addressed all of them and only charged me one service call and even offered to return, at no service fee, if the problem reoccurred. AND, he helped me understand what was happening to all of the appliances and the estimated replacement costs for parts if his work didn't solve the problem. I asked for his card and plan to use him in the future if I have further issues.

James was on time within his window and very professional. He wore his mask the entire time, which showed professional courtesy. All my washer needed was a reboot (had no idea that was a thing), he didn't stick around and charge me for something more than what was needed.
