To be fair, the Appliance Installer guys did a great job on installing a new rigid duct for my dryer. However, I needed to have them come out a few more times to help fix the original problem which was that the dryer was not drying my clothes like it used to. They replaced at least one part that didn't actually need to be replaced and didn't fix the problem. In the end, I hired a Maytag certified repair person who finally properly diagnosed the drying problem and fixed it. It's just too bad that it took three different technicians and over $500 total to get the problem completely resolved.

He couldn't save our fridge but he instructed where to go to get a god deal on a new one and then he delivered it the same day...it was a great experience!

Kim came out twice to check on our malfunctioning GE Profile refrigerator and when it was clear that the compressor had died, he recommended that we replace the appliance. I was able to find a replacement and Kim had the new refrigerator picked-up, delivered and installed on a Saturday. Kim was prompt with his callback to schedule service, He swung by on his way home to do the service call to see what we might need. Found the problem and came back 48 hours after I made the original service inquiry and fixed our ice maker on the refrigerator. Gave advice on how to get the most life out of our refrigerator and instructed us on how to do a door repair ourselves I will definitely call him again for any appliance problems.
