We hired Tanner on or around July 10th, 2021. He attempted to fix our washer panel which made us think very highly of him at the time. When the panel could not be repaired we provided him with 150 (which we were told was half the cost of a new part) to order us a new part. We would then give him another 150 when he brought the part and installed it. No paperwork was signed on this agreement. He received the wrong part after he first ordered and immediately reordered on July 13th, 2021. However, he has still not received the part and now has stopped taking our calls. We simply could not go without a washer any longer. My husband was able to order the part and has already received it. Last thing we knew he was telling us that he could not cancel the order for the part he had ordered. We contacted the company and were informed that he could in fact cancel the order. Poor costumer service . I would simply like my money and my old part back that he refuses to answer me. If you see this Tanner I would really appreciate a call back.

He came quickly and took care of our problem with our garbage disposal.

I have a Samsung refrigerator and contacted several people who told me they do not service those. I reached Tanner late on a Friday afternoon and he fit me in after his last appointment for the day even though it was after 5:00. He identified the problem right away and made the necessary repair. The price was very reasonable and less than I expected. I was thrilled not to have to go through a holiday weekend without a refrigerator. I will be calling again the next time I have an appliance that needs repair.

I can honestly say this was a terrible experience. Tanner Culbertson The owner of the Appliance Whisperer business installed new garbage disposal for me and he said he ordered apart from my freezer because the ice maker is not working. Also, I asked him to fix my microwave which he said would require only one part. Unfortunately, my dryer quit working during this time as well. I decided to go with gas for the dryer Needed a new gas line put in. Tanner said he could do it even though he was not licensed to deal with gas and because of my inexperience, I thought that would be OK. Luckily I spoke with a construction entrepreneur who told me that I needed to get someone licensed in gas or I would risk a fire hazard. Tanner had given me an estimate between 900 and $1000 and he had to look it up online. I should have known better but I gave him $200 to buy the fittings for the gas that needed to be run from the attic. After his estimate and after speaking to my friend in construction I found a licensed gas professional Who charged me less than $585. I immediately let Tanner know that I got a better price and I got someone licensed which I stated was better for both of us. This obviously annoyed him tremendously and he has dropped me as a client leaving me without an icemaker and a microwave and $200 poorer. He will not respond to any of my texts even when I asked him to at least give me the name of the place to pick up the freezer part. The $200 I feel he stole from me. The only comment I text he would make is that he thought since I was going with someone cheaper for the gas line that I was going to use someone cheaper for everything else which I never told him I would do. I would like my $200 back but I do not know that I have got the energy to pursue it. He is relatively young and possibly lacks maturity but I just could not let this go. I would never use him again under any circumstances and having dealt with him with this result will probably not use them again.

I hired Tanner Culbertson **Appliance Whisperer** to repair my fridge, but instead, he took my money, did not repair the fridge over a month's time, and now he is refusing to answer our calls. He could have had the decency to return our money if the parts did not come in! Horrible experience that we are still suffering from.

Tanner was was nice and polite and quickly found it was a clogged water line and not the washer. But he made a quick trip and bought what he needed and worked on the drain rather than me having to find a plumber. 👍
