very professional;arrived at 8;45am and worked until 6;15pm Temps in low 40's but this did not deter them from their work.After roof was installed the crew p/icked up every scrap of debris.The price was reasonable and the work excellent. I would highly recommend this company to anyone

Great Job, Done In A Day, Cleaned Up After Job Was Done, Salesman Was Very Helpful And Stopped Back To Make Sure Everthing Was Being Done As Contracted, Dealing With The Company Was A Very Good Experience,

I had a great experience with Atlantic because when I had money problems the company work with me to make sure that i had the roof that was needed was installed i a timley manner and they work with me to pay for the job

I was pleased with the prompt service, professional work and clean up.

The work was performed neat and fast.

Just a little expensive compared to what my insurance agent thought was reasonable. He said Atlantic was unwilling to provide him with details of the work done.

The sell was pressured, but the crew was professional, hard working and did a great job on a difficult roof(steep pitch, 3 stories). It took longer than they predicted I knew that) and they say it was their largest project.

Work was properly done in a timely fashion and at a reasonable price. All materials were as represented. Atlantic was the first to respond -within a few hours, and the first to arrive onsite for pricing. The biggest negative was the salesperson who played hardball and draged-out the appointment while badgering me to sign a contract and waive the 3-day cancellation option. This resulted in about a 3 hr visit and haggeling from the initial $17,300 down to $11,500. At time of completion Atlantic rejected my Fair Price Assurance claim for a $279 credit, because the other estimate only had a 7 yr Labor warranty, instead of 30yr.

Very high pressure sales. Set up an appointment for 1 hour which extended well beyond that. Made an offer that the rep. advised his manager said to accept believing that the customer would not sign immediately. Advised after completion that the sales rep. was instructed to renegotiate the price. Part of sales pitch was that other companies used immigrant workers with no experience. None of the workers that did the job could speak English. Level of their experience is unknown. Quality of the job is very good. No debris left behind. Other companies refered by Service Magic were MUCH nicer to talk to and cautioned to expect price problems.

Excellent workmanship on a difficult project performed in a timely manner with responsive customer service .I am a completely satisfied customer.

Very unprofessional and not forthcoming with the truth in many aspects from start to finish.

it would help if one of the workman spoke english

Good job pretty much. We did find some nails on the ground for some days after they did cleanup.Never got an answer to whether they needed to replace any boards in our roof or not. All I know is this did not need to use any extra boards. I wanted to know if they replaced any boards at all.

I have nothing but good things to say about Atlantic. The job looks great despite a major problem that arose (my house is over 100 years old and has no sheathing in the outer walls), and they did it in a very timely fashion. I didn't have any problems with the the cleanup. The workers did not speak good English but they seemed to understand it OK, so I was able to point out things along the way, which were addressed to my satisfaction. In addition, I got daily updates and communication asking if I had problems or issues that needed to be dealt with. An extremely professional outfit, and one I will contact in the future for work.

Workers did not speak good English, so it was difficult to communicate questions or concerns. There were some workmanship issues, but there were quickly rectified once I contacted my salesperson. I would have pointed out these issues to the workers while there were there, however, as I said, it was difficult to communicate with them. I think that I could have found a cheaper contractor, but they appeared to have a good product, and they were very professional.

No tarps were put down to catch the shingles or old nails. Shingles scraped the siding when removed, broke part of one shutter and sliced a screen. Nails were everywhere, although they eventually came with a magnet about a week later. No communication that they were coming that day to do the job
