They cleaned out all the attic including old insulation and rat poop, sanitized the attic and installed new insulation! Best service ever! I couldn't ask for anything more. I want to share my story. I was pregnant, and after delivering my baby, I and my baby sneezed a lot I asked my husband to check why! He called different companies to check our attic to see what's going on up there. Apparently, there was so much rat poop, and I guess after delivering my baby I was weak, and it affected me. So we found The Attic Specialist. They checked everything, they cleaned the old insulation and vacuumed the attic completely. They sanitized and installed screens so those rats won't come back. Their specialist even helps us schedule a company to trim our trees around the house, and they asked us to make sure those trees won't be close to the roof because apparently, that is the main reason why we had rats from the first place. So now after the job is done, it's been 2 weeks and I feel so much better. I appreciate the hard work, and the great service and I'll recommend them. Thank you!

My friend got the standard insulation done from these guys and I got the soundproof insulation and the rat proofing down by them. The crew were professional and really good at their job. They installed 1 foamboard on the batt insulated ceiling of the unheated crawlspace under my house. It reduced drafts substantially on the first floor. They also built frames for my attic stairs and my whole house fan from foamboard, to reduce heat loss. Two workmen were under the house most of the day, on their backs in the crawlspace. They marked electric lines and pipes on the face of the foamboards could be removed if necessary for service above them. They were clean, professional, polite and friendly. The price was very reasonable for the work they put in.
