Install was done very nicely and timely. The customer service didn’t communicate very well and even though tech’s did a nice job they didn’t always communicate with me before to let me know when they would arrive.

BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY had old driveway lifted and put in new asphalt, which cracked the entire 21 ft width within approx 8 months of installation. They WILL NOT fix it. I was told it is my responsibility to take care of the crack, they in no way intend to fix it. So, after paying $9000.00+ for a new driveway, it is now crack for life. The old driveway had aging surface concerns, but DID NOT have any crack across the entire width after 20 yrs of use.

The project was concrete steps for both entryways on the same day. They failed to help me plan in a way I could still gain entry in/out of my home. I figured they'd have wooden side steps, or something, where I wouldn't have to worry about it. Anyways, I came home & wasn't able to get into my home. I called the company & the lady I spoke to was snarky & said I should've known this would happen. I told her, I'm not the professional one & that they should've informed me about it during the estimate/scheduling.

Crews that came out to do the work were great. They told me the sales guy Josh, under quoted me by $3000. The total quote I was given prior to them coming out was $4050. Seems a far amount to be off. Waited almost 3 weeks for someone to call me back in regards to the cost difference in question. Felt like a major bait and switch from sale to work starting. They made it right and stuck to the original estimate, but not without argument and frustration. The patio looks very different than what was originally discussed when Josh came out for the quote, time will tell how well it lasts. Make sure you are aware of the work you authorize before using this company.

If you get them, note that they do not cover frost heaving regardless of how much. My driveway lifts over 6 inches in the winter, if you have a small car, you probably wont be able to get out of your garage, if you have a large truck, you have to park outside or your truck will be stuck in the garage for 6 months. They are unwilling to help out or refund my money at all. Do not use this company.
