He's also a termite inspector so he was able to tell whether a termite inspection was necessary so we did not have to pay for something if it wasn't really necessary. Now that's being considerate! Andy was very flexible with the builders changing schedule. He showed up early the day of the inspection and provided a thorough verbal summary at the end of his inspection. I received the detailed written report as he promised the next day complete with photographs. I was very pleased with his level if expertise and services provided.
