Prompt, problem solved on a rental home, now Jason ignore texts and I cannot get a much needed receipt because they found a rag in the drain. What a shame because we thought we found our forever plumbing company. Service after the sale, there isn t any.

Wow had to replace all water lines they keep pulling off the job to go do other jobs. I did not do a good job and had to have them pull off the job and hired another plumbing company to finish the job. Ask for the owner to call me over and over and he never did. How other seniors do not have to fight with a bad company like this and have to get another company to come to clean up their problems. They lost our shower handle and head and we can not find them. But already paid them so we are out of luck getting them replaced.

They replaced my gas water heater with a larger unit. Consequently the existing vent pipe did not line up and the did not screw down the pipe collar to the heater. Kept smelling fumes. Called them back out they leak tested then put some aluminum tape on the pipe joint. Still smelled fumes. They wanted $550 to put in an elbow to line it properly. Got another company to do it for $110. They should have done it right the first time and I wouldn't be writing this bad review. Don't use this company.

Water Heater Installation and Replacement
Once I contacted them, they returned my call within 30 minutes and were able to replace my water heater the very next day, even though they had to hunt for one of sufficient size. I would use them again.
