The sales consultant and the installer were both great to deal with, knowledgeable and courteous. The work was completed in the promised timeframe. The awning looks great. I definitely recommend The Awning Company.

They arrived in their appointment window, repaired the motor and pointed out other needed repairs. They agreed to send an estimate for the additional replacement parts and repair costs.

They have not installed my awning yet. But it is difficult to get them to return calls. To be decided after the installation.

From the salesperson to the installation, this company was top notch. The office ALWAYS responded to our emails in a timely manner and when we requested the same crew that removed the old awnings for the final installation of the new awnings, we were accommodated. We were working on a time frame because of HOA requirements, and though The Awning Company could not guarantee the awnings would be completed within the required time frame, they worked hard to accommodate us. We couldn't be happier with the new awnings, the workmanship, the professional way the company handled every aspect of our contract, and the entire staff with whom we dealt. Ronald Brown

Always measure twice maybe three times. I love their work! And the assortment they have.

They made an appt with me and did not show up. I felt that they did not want to come out they just had me send pictures instead and then did not actually come out. Mike said he was going to provide me with a quote then the next day after I followed up with him I was told he could not provide me a quote.

We have had our awnings for less then a year and at first they looked great. We were told they have a protective coating on them so other then wiping and rising them off now and then there's really no maintenance to these awnings. After the rains came this winter the awnings streaked so bad from the rain and they look awful!! We were not told that the darker colors would streak with rain and in less then a year would look this bad. I called the company and was told the owner would get back to me. A week later I still did not hear from them so I called again and they said they forgot to get back to me. The initial email to the owner from Jazi said I was complaining about streaks in the fabric from rain earlier in the year. The owner sent Jazi this email to forward to me: Hey Jazi, They are just water marks. Nothing we can do. They may want to try cleaning the marks with Simple Green and see if that works. I shouldn't have to scrub them because they were sold to me as just a wipe down material. I have to wipe them off once in a while because they have a protectant on them. So, now in less then a year the awning over my kitchen window is so streaked and there is nothing they can do according to the owner! The workmanship and quality is very good but DO NOT get a dark color because you are stuck with it for at least ten years without any backing from this company. I believe anyone would complain about the quality of this material when you spend this much on awnings. And we went with this company because they have good reviews but this is unacceptable and when a company doesn't stand by their product in less then a year there is a problem.
