They were good when they were here. No regular start time. At, one point, they said I promise d they would do carpeting, but they had no carpet to sell. I bought carpet and install is part of the price. I have no idea how they think I promised anything like that. I had to push jobs back because of their no shows. I paid the $2000 in cash, but they have not come back or returned the money. The agreement was verbal, and at first they were fine

The worst service. He charged $240 for the whole driveway. He only cleaned half of it. We still couldn't get a truck out of the car port when he was finished. He wanted $100 dollars up front before he even started. I went outside and let him know that he needed to do the whole driveway and he said, "You need to be quite and get back in the house." He did not have a plow or a snowblower just a few shovels. I would not recommend him to anyone.

Brendan reached out to me at 4:30am. Right after I submitted a request. We chatted back and forth, he requested photos, which I sent. From that point forward, Brendan kept in touch with me all day to ensure me that he would come. He got to my house after 3pm and shoveled my two car driveway and a part of the sidewalk. I was very pleased with his work as well as his customer service skills, and look forward to hiring his company for other services around my home. I didn't take any pictures after the work was completed.... it was too cold!

The professional was terrible he arrived high, demanded money upfront and didn't do a good job, they became belligerent and cursed at me.

Snow Removal
Things were crazy following the snow dump in January 2026, but these guys scrambled and got us taken care of. It took a day longer than initially promised but this is understandable given how badly the city handled everything. He and his guys showed up in the dead of night and did an amazing job clearing out our very long driveway. I will definitely call again if we have another massive snow drop.

Snow Removal
I requested snow removal from sidewalk, This gentleman told me 3 times that he was the most reliable and made me give him my word that I wouldn't hire anyone else to do the job. He never came and when I messaged him he seemed confused and made my give him my address again. He then said he'd make it out, and still never did. It's been 3 days at this point. I'd avoid this company, at least for snow removal.
