I was very happy with the customer service, the communication from the company, the tech being right on time, and his quick diagnosis of the problem. He was very knowledgeable about stoves & ovens and I even learned a couple of things about ovens I did not know after cooking & baking for 55 years! I am very glad I hired this company. The only thing that bothers me is the cost of inserting a new sensor in the oven. It was $230 for the repair, and I know, since I had done my own research before the service call, that this part is between $18 & $33 on line. I know that home service calls are expensive, butâ ¦..No matter. Itâ s done, oven is fixed and I am happy with the company who fixed it. Enough said.

I contacted them about 8am on Monday the 5th of July. Paul returned my call within an hour. Steven was at my house to repair my washing machine around 1:30. He was knowledgeable, clean, quick, and very personable. He fixed it, and double checked all was good before he left. Upon doing my first load the same problem occurred. I called them to let them know. Steven was at my house first thing the next morning and knew exactly what happened before he opened my washer lid. He fixed it and I have not had any problems again. I highly recommend this company. They are honest and reasonable. Easy to work with and very communicative.
