Overall the project was finished and looks pretty nice. I think they were very poor at communicating since they would often tell me that someone was coming to do something and then nobody would show up. toward the end of the project they seemed to rush and it led to mistakes like leaving pipes in the floor that were carpeted over and around rather than fixing it correctly. The ceiling installer did not do a very good job planning the grid out, which led to a small 1 inch sliver on one side when small adjustments would have allowed for a full tile. in general though, the job got done and looks nice. it just took almost a year from start to finish.

The first project went well! The second project I had to keep calling back to get the job done! I requested an estimate the first part of June and the project wasn’t completed until September 5th!

I actually had my basement repaired walls had to be raised due to unusual settling, water proofed and and outside concrete raised. All employees were helpful and actually walked me through the process of what they were going to do. They had me inspect each day before they left and a final inspection when they were completed. They cleaned up each day before they left and then again after the work was completed. I am going to have them back in the spring of 2023 to complete more more. These folks are professional , considerate and go above and beyond.

Extremely overpriced for a basement remodel. They wanted to charge us $36k to frame and put up drywall in an 800sqft basement. Price gouging at its best. My husband and I finished our own basement using the same materials and it cost us just under $13k.
