The Plumbing Company

The bathroom company is not cheap, but the quality of their work is questionable. They cut corners. Just a few years after having my project done I am already having issues. I reached out to them and got no response. I then reached out to another plumber who is highly experienced and he made the comment of how the bathroom company did not do things in the first place that should have been done to improve quality and longevity. The Bathroom Company also installed things that did not look good, but since it was already installed they said thats just the way it is. When I expressed concerns over some of the finishing aesthetics they literally just ignored me since the invoices had been paid. Their communication was poor and they strung me along on a project in a main living area of my home for months that was not convenient for me, and told me it was considered a small project for them. It cost over $10,000 so I did not appreciate being treated the way I was but I was already in too far to back out. Would not recommend.

Have worked with Caleb on remodel of guest bathroom. Doing Master bathroom this time. Waiting for shower removal and new installation till August. Bathroom Co. scheduled a painter they had not used before. I would caution them about using Precision Painting. My one concern is that they do not wait the recommended 4 hours before applying the second coat. Otherwise, painters were careful, did cleanup perfectly.

The Bathroom Company Did a bathtub/shower wall replacement and repair of plaster/drywall. Excellent work. Trustworthy and professional.

These guys offered great customer service from the beginning. We went into a project not knowing what we were getting into and they were there to answer all our questions whenever we had them. Their crew worked fast and clean. Caleb made on site visits to check in with us. The work came out great. We ve had a lot of compliments on our new bathroom. We plan to have them back to do more work.

Caleb kept the costs of our project within our target budget. Because making upgrade decisions can be intimidating, we especially appreciated the design, product and color suggestions from Caleb and Jeff. Caleb, Jeff, crew and subcontractors were all hard working and friendly. We would definitely work with the Bathroom Co. again.

They were extremely fast and clean. I loved the app with the daily pictures and updates. When we remodel our other bathroom, we will call again.

The Bathroom Company took our two ugly bathrooms and made them amazing. They were able to work with us on our budget and everything was more than worth it. We are still more than happy two years later.

We met Caleb Coffee at the home show. After talking to & meeting him at our home, we had the Bathroom Company remodel our master bathroom shower. Caleb brought us samples of tile & gave us several options on the design and color. We found him to be very knowledgeable and professional. His crew was a joy to work with. They always asked our opinion on what they were working on to make sure we would be happy with outcome which we definitely are. We highly recommend The Bathroom Company for any bathroom remodel project you are contemplating.

Excellent planning and providing of subcontractor. Finishers did great work: new baseboard, new ceiling, installation of faucet, tiled backsplash. Suggestion: to obtain granite counter tops, it would be better to give 2 or 3 business names. Then customer could decide price point. I had to go on my own to get a second estimate for cost of granite vanity top.

Caleb,Ashley and Jeff are delightful people. Easy to work with. Jeff does great work.

I was impressed from the very beginning of the project when Caleb gave us a detailed estimate and timeline both of which were right on target. He and Janey communicated with us regularly, and let us know what we needed to do on our end. Jeff did the actual remodel and he was exceptional. He updated us daily and did superb work we are very happy with the results. Plus, Jeff was very kind putting up with 3 obnoxious dogs.

Excellent work. Caleb and the others working on the project were very easy to work with. Very happy with the end result. I completely redid by master bathroom. There was a large whirlpool tub that was never used and a small shower. We removed the tub and replaced that area with a large shower and put a closet where the shower had been previously. Additionally almost everything in the bathroom was redone. I'm very happy with my new master bath.

Great company to work with. All of the crew were very courteous and friendly. They did excellent work and were always able to answer our questions. Both my wife and myself felt very comfortable with them working in our home.

I originally had a full bathroom the size of a closet, with the cabinet actually sitting on the side of the bathtub. Now my bathroom is the envy of all my neighbors/friends. It is gorgeous.

I am very pleased with my bathroom remodel. The Bathroom Company did an excellent job. It was a fast process and I was always updated on progress and what was coming up next. I would recommend them and definitely use them again!

Left box in the garage and some debris was not cleaned up. But, overall very satisfied and would recommend.
