They started our project for bathroom remodeling on 10/27/19. We were told it was a 3~4 weeks project. Paid every as requested up front for them to order supplies. Now it's 2/27/20, bathroom is still not finished. Everything went smoothly for the first a couple of weeks of the project other than a couple times of workers called in sick. We also added on some small additional work, which causes some delay, but we were told the delay would not be significant. The workers were nice, professional, and did a good job on the things that were completed. Bruce, the owner, at first was very good with communication, such as answering calls, texts, questions, and updating progress of the project. They eventually finished most of the work on 12/10/19, but left counter top, sinks, cabinets and some other small finishing/cleaning up tasks undone. We paid everything up front as requested, so they can order the products. We picked out the color and style for the counter top, etc. at the beginning of November. We were told that all the orders were placed before Thanksgiving and we should expect 4~6 weeks for shipment. However, we were still told that orders were not shipped right before Christmas. We waited until after the new year. We were having a hard time to get hold with Bruce then. He would not answer phones calls or return messages/texts. We had to use altered numbers for him to answer the phone, then he will give us excuses and promise to call us back but never did. Now it's 2/27/2020, 4 months later, our bathroom is still unfinished. The sinks and counter top were not installed, we have no mirror or cabinet as we were promised. And we still have card boards covering up all our stairways, hallway, and bedroom carpet. I had to call him again today with my work phone, he answered, told me he was on his way to his warehouse to check the order status then he would call me back. However, he never called. I tried to call him again several times, he never answered. We will continue to fight this and provide further updates as time goes. Overall we would not recommend this contractor for any project that may take more than a few days. If you have to use them, make sure you have a written contract with specified timeline to finish. And I would definitely not recommend to pay up front, or at least make sure you withhold a substantial amount of payment before everything is finished.

The crew did a great job replacing my water heater, were very efficient and were reasonably priced. Came out on a Saturday and replaced the old water heater within 2-3 hours.
