The contractor replaced my backflow metor and upgraded my controller to a rainbird WI FI system ...but he WILL NOT respond to my need to do the sprinkler lines and sprinkler heads to make the whole system fully functional..He will NOT call me at all forcing me to contact yet anothe irrigation pro to finish my job..but he got paid the SAME DAY for the work he had already performed,,

I spoke to Jeff 4/15 and we confirmed that he would be able to do the job, 4/16 3 pm Jeff said he would be at the house I am purchasing to check my irrigation. I had my realtor be there and I told Jeff I would be there at 3:30 I left my job, my realtor text me letting me know he was not there at 3:15. I call his cell and the office 3 time and had my realtor call he did not answer the phone this is my first time working with Homeadvisor and it is not good. I called Jeff again later he answered the phone and said he called my realtor back not me and set it up for Thursday 4-18. since the initial contact everything is great.

I and your realtor rescheduled the service for another day. As soon as I was off the phone with him I talked to you. None of this was discussed in any of our conversations. You should have let us know how you felt when we were on the phone. As of right now we still have an appointment for a later day. This is NOT how we do business."
