They did a great job, in spite of snow & ice mounds encroaching, & replaced our run down back stairs with an excellent & safer new set of stairs. Communication was excellent & we definitely recommend them. We’ve already received compliments from neighbors.

We reached out to Hakob and his team to give us a quote on rebuilding our deck. Unlike some other contractors who jumped straight into new deck mockups, he suggested we save some money and work off of the existing structure and just replace the old wood with new azek and a different set of stairs to reclaim our backyard space. He and his team got the job done in a timely manner, including working through some very cold days in the home stretch. Highly recommend Hakob, especially for those in the Belmont area.

Belmont Builders did great work reframing and replacing the wooden flooring of our front and rear decks--the end result is beautiful. Hakob is very professional and communicative. He and his crew are, hard-working, punctual, and efficient. They started the project right on time, arrived promptly at 8:30 am each day and even worked on Saturdays to complete additional work that they uncovered that needed to be done. They handled the increased scope of work masterfully. We would definitely work with Belmont Builders again in the future.

Overall knowledgeable workers. I found an issue that Iâ ll have to resolve myself after they left. Pretty reliable work. One full day was just set up - to make sure porch roof was secured properly. Then the work was done the following business day (not over the weekend).

Good quality work and they were able to match well the existing porch for this minor addition. Would work again with them if needed.

Hakob has done a great job of repairing a set of sagging exterior stairs. He was always on time for the initial inspection, starting date and the final completion. With their architect, they designed and added a 4th bedroom and 3ed bathroom in our house for a fraction of the cost we were looking to pay for a 4-bedroom house. Jakob took care of all construction permits and he was in our house during the inspection process. They built this new 4th bedroom to such perfection that the rest of the house now looks mediocre compared to their 4th bedroom. Love their team and trust their process!!

I couldnâ t be happier with Belmont Builders. Over the years he We purchased a property in Yarmouth, MA months ago and they were hired to replace the entire rooftop deck, the rubber roof and completely remodel large three season room under the roof deck. They very professional and reasonable! If something comes up I will not hesitate to call him again!

Due to current market conditions, many of the items had backorder issues that were causing project delays, but I canâ t not comment on the contractorâ s ability to always be on top of things and make sure all steps of the work were lined up and scheduled right to ensure efficient flow. Highly recommend this company for any house projects.
