Basement Remodeling
About 80-90% of the work was done. Then near the end of October they stopped answering phone calls or responding to messages. No response for over 2 months with probably 1-2 days of work left to do.

In a market that is difficult to even get responses from contractors for remodeling jobs, Bent Nail was attentive, willing to work with us to find the best options, and able to get us on their schedule relatively quickly. Their work was great, with a reasonably quick turnaround. We'd definitely use them again for future projects.
