The technician was prompt, professional and and courteous. He found that it was a minor problem and quickly fixed it. He didn't try to overcharge, which to me speaks volumes about the companies integrity.

The installers did a great job and the customer service was excellent.

My experiences with The Besche Oil Company has been nothing but professional and delightful. They were able to come out the same day that I called them and this was a critical because the weather is over 100 degrees today. They called prior to coming to make sure I was home and the technician was very friendly, professional and he took the time to explain to me the issue, how he resolved it and recommendations for how to prevent it in the future. It's only been 30 minutes but I am hoping the house starts to cool down quickly! !

Very quick response, came over to diagnose, but unfortunately the problem was non-repairable and it was recommended I get a new unit.

They contacted me immediately and I gave the information to my Mother in Maryland since I was doing this long-distance. She had been experiencing periodic outages of her furnace & her original company couldn't seem to fix the issue or know what was wrong. Besche came out, when promised, did a temporary fix and we discussed replacement of the furnace. We got several bids & went with Besche. They replaced the furnace when they said they would & were very orderly & neat in the process.
