Good work! Communicates good and the prices were reasonable. He fixed my dryer and replaces my water heater. Both at a good price as I called around for estimates. Wasn't disappointed and highly recommended.

They are hard workers who got the job (vent cleaning) done but: They were two hours late after telling me they were on their way. They left the carpets a mess after "cleaning up" after themselves. They didn't give me a written estimate then charged $200 more than the maximum they quoted me. I was not warned at any point that the job would cost a lot more than quoted.

Great professionals, did everything expected and helped with a few other things. Only small complaint is they were late (although they have called before to inform) than the original appointment time.
