Majority of time initially spent trying to figure out how to accomplish job #1 even though the written instructions & hardware were provided by me ( client ). The response by the tech. became annoying because he could only use the phrase " right,right ". Overall I'll call on the company [Service Provider's name withheld at their request] again to help .

Job took five days, and I expected that the worker would be on sight at least 9-5, and therefore complete the job within about three days. I did take the job to another level by asking Jason to change out the lights in the basement. That took a couple of additional hours. Just took alittle longer then expected, and we had lots of other things we needed to get done, but were locked in at the house. The work Jason did was good, and Jason was a really nice guy.

Although they were very responsive they have a different mode of operation...You pay them by the hour and the product from the time they come out to your house...They do not do estimates they come and do the work and you really have no idea how much it is going to cost. I am needing estimates for work to submit to my insurance company so that was a problem. Also, I live in a Mobile Home and they only have one person on staff that does work in a mobile home and he is out on medical leave.

"We do work on a time plus material model. Our craftsmen are employees. For small projects the craftsman is scheduled, by time, to meet with you and review your project. He will provide you a written assessment of the time range to complete your project. When you approve this, the craftsman starts work immediately. You only pay for the actual time he works on your project."
