This is the third time I have used Big Fish. They do great work.

Arrived on time and got right to work.

They did a great job

Great job at a reasonable price. Clean up was not good with multiple nails and scraps all over my lawn. They chose to do the job with lots of snow which contributed to the poor clean up. My deck was salted to clear the snow but was left with a white film that required moping.

Work was completed in timely manner. Workers were very thorough and provided detailed explanation of all the work that was completed.

The work took a little longer than expected

Very professional , work done in 2.5 days which included sheeting the whole roof. Nicked gutters and downspouts. There was always someone on the job. They worked late started early. I am happy with the job.

Ed Brown really went out of his way dealing with insurance. Shame that when in a time you really need to use your home owners your insurance company gives you a hard time. In fact Ed is still dealing with them for are hail damaged siding also! His team did an exceptional job on our roof

Very professional,&respectful Punctual and on time everything and everyone was very well organized and very efficient and cost effective I would definitely hire them again and the tarring and cleanup is a class act. I would definitely hire them again for any future projects I may have! If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Shout out to Mr. Brian he was our project manager very nice and informative young man keep up the great work!

The technician was very polite and gracious. This is the second time I have used Big Fish, and I have no hesitation in recommending them.

Flashing repair leaks of skylight

The Big Fish Company is on there game, salesman Dave was very easy to work with and had estimate within 48 hrs. The crew showed up on time the day we were scheduled for to begin our roofing project 10/04/2022. There Project manager Brian met with me first thing (7:00) am to go over all my concerns and was there throughout the project and if I had any questions he answered them. the five man crew showed up shortly after and except for a lunch break work hard all day long. The Company finished my project in one day as they promised and did a fantastic job, highly recommend them. The prep work and cleanup exceeded our expectations. Thank you big fish ð

Crew showed up when scheduled and completed work that was requested. Before leaving they removed debris and took the time to explain everything that was done. Crew was courteous and worked around other contractor on site. Will definitely use again. Highly recommend.

This is the SECOND time I've hired Big Fish because I had such a fantastic experience with them the first time! The first job was for a new roof. This was a smaller job involving gutter and soffit repair. Their staff is always friendly, helpful, and communicative. It's easy to reach someone via office phone, email, or 24 hour mobile contact. They respond pretty quickly. Their quotes are reasonable IMHO for the high quality work and materials they provide. Plus, in our experience, they've always been willing to work with us and our financial situation. The only thing that was a little unusual this time was that there wasn't any communication with the workers when they were on site. I wasn't aware of when they arrived, and didn't know when they finished. It's a VERY good thing that I'm familiar with this company, staff, and trust their work. If this had been my only experience with them, it might have been a little unnerving. (Important note: For large jobs like roof replacement, there's a project manager supervising on site the entire time.) If someone from Big Fish reads this review, that's the only criticism I have, and I'm not sure if that's typical. I just thought someone would knock on the door or something before starting work. And/or have me look over things before leaving. Everything looked fantastic, but it just seemed unusual for Big Fish. Other than that, perfection as anticipated! ð

We hired Big Fish Roofing to install a new roof after several attempts to patch recurring roof leaks. The team at Big Fish was honest and thorough throughout the roof installation process starting with the initial inspection, planning for costs, and finally placing the last shingle. They maintained responsive and open communication leading up to and during the install to ensure all our roof problems were identified and fixed. The result looks clean and professional.

Having a new roof and gutters installed is a significant investment so we wanted to be sure we chose a vendor we were confident in and comfortable with. From the moment Ed met with us to discuss our project we knew we had made the right choice. Our research indicated that Big Fish had consistently positive reviews from clients and we could understand why. Ed explained everything, provided an extensive library of drone images along with his proposal, and even worked with us on a creative solution for a tricky downspout issue. The ongoing communication with the Big Fish team allowed us to know exactly what was happening before, during and after the project which was very important to us. Huge props to Dan our extraordinary project manager for his outstanding customer service. And bravos to the hard working crews who were professional, polite, and patient with our questions. We couldn't be happier with our experience and the end result.

Dave Watson give us a full quote, break down on each step and cost, He follow through with his folks through out the installation, Dave Hison was our project manager keep us up with the plan, the clean up the crew we were totally impressed . jb
