Matt, the owner, installed a motorized blind which worked fine but wasn't blackout as salesman had told us, This was a mistake on the part of the salesperson, not intentional but when we told Matt he didn't hesitate a second and ordered an additional shade to provide blackout which cost more than the first and he refused to take any payment, said we should get exactly what we expected and that the misunderstanding wasn't our fault. I was so impressed by his attitude that I decided to write this...my first ever online review. Matt is the type of hard working and honest person that restores my confidence in contractors and home service companies. I'd give him 50 stars if I could

Jason took care of me, I had a problem with my vertical and I had a hard time finding someone to fix it and I stating thinking I had to replace the whole thing but when I talked to Jason he said that it wouldn't be a problem fixing it (which I thought was very honest of him because he could of tried to get me to replace the whole thing) he is a great worker, honest and very professional. Glad I was able to find him.
