Their work is solid and lasting. They repaired a leak in our basement. Heavy rains outside produced standing water in our finished basement. The Blue Lake Group repaired the problem area. We are using them again for other repairs.

I am VERY UNHAPPY with the service and quality of workmanship by The Blue Lake Group in our back yard renovation. The entire project was done half-heartedly and to completely mediocre standards. They didn't tamp the ground before laying the paver stone pathway, they destroyed a tree root that meant we had to remove a tree. They destroyed our side yard when delivering materials, ran out of sod for the front yard and despite paying for leveling, we have a huge sink hole in the back yard. So we have a half dead yard and a disappointing project that cost over $10,000!!

"I'd like to make sure I touch on each issue. We did tamp the pathway and even when the ground settled months later over an irrigation line we came back out and re-tamped that area to check out the customers concerns. Until now we knew nothing about a root that was destroyed that caused a tree to be removed. We were given permission to enter the back yard by using the side yard and there was no grass there to begin with nor were we to put any there. We had left over sod from the back yard and placed it in the front yard at no charge. The sink hole returned... We did level out the yard and grass grew vivaciously. Job was completed 5/20/2013"

This was, by far, the best remodel/renovation experience that we've had. The Blue Lake Group has excellent customer service and the work was done well and on time. Their employees were friendly, professional, and easy to work with. We were very impressed with The Blue Lake Group and will use them again. We absolutely love our new kitchen!
