When they called, they had me try several things to fix my water heater. At the time, it did not seem to fix my issue. They scheduled someone to come fix it. while I was waiting I noticed my water was a little warm so checked my water heater pilot light and it was on. Called to cancel my appointment, but they said they would come and check things out anyway. I was very pleased with the service and customer service.

Professional, friendly, and responded quickly to my inquiry. They installed 2 connecting, hot water heaters and did not create a mess. They moved the turn off valve for easier assess, and put the drainage tube inside the drain. They were very knowledgeable, and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of.

Our water heater went out, and they came the same day (within an hour or two) to look at it. They weren't able to do the install that day, so they offered to give us the expansion tank for free. The best price around, the best customer service, and very professional. Would hire again, highly recommend.

Earlirer potential performers came up with lists of additional of expensive remedial work before they would need to do. Boilermaker cut to the chase and did a great job with effective followup. Value for money response is tricky because there was no plan "B" owing to the power vent. No $400 WH would do.
