JJ’s construction and repair

I am very disappointed with my experience with this company. I paid in full for foundation repair work expecting quality workmanship and good customer service. Unfortunately, after the work was completed, I began noticing problems and reached out multiple times to Jaden the owner of the Company to discuss my concerns. Despite leaving messages and trying to contact the company, my messages have gone unanswered. It?s frustrating to pay for a service and then be ignored when you have legitimate questions about the quality of the work. A reputable company should stand behind its work and communicate with its customers, especially after being paid. I expected professionalism, accountability, and follow-up, but that has not been my experience. I was referred to Jaden the owner of JJ? s Construction and repairs by ground Works.
