I hired Mr. Kevin Bronson to help apply for LOMA at FEMA. I talked to about 10 land surveyors in the region before I decided to hire Kevin because he is the most knowledgeable about the LOMA procedure. The other land surveyors don't seem to understand the complicated requirements of the LOMA procedure. In the following months, Kevin's work ethics, professionalism, and attention to details far exceeded my expectation. In the end, he successfully helped us remove the flood zone title of our property. I feel very lucky to have hired Kevin to help us with our project. I would highly recommend The Bronson Company for any land surveying job without any hesitation.
