Fast service, but minor work left undone. At first, rep didn't want to come back, but after calling the main office, someone was sent out to complete the work to my satisfaction.

Tom came out and did a free inspection. He advised me that the problem didn't appear to be active, educated me on what to look out for to determine activity, and the full range of options on what could be done, should the problem develop. Very knowledgeable, and a man of integrity and ethic. I would definitely recommend "The Bug Man"!!

He was very professional. He called right after I filled out the request and came by that evening exactly when he said he would be there and explained what he would do to get rid of them. He explained why the termites do what they do and why he does what he does. The price was way lower than I expected and I couldn't be happier!

The Bug Man (Tom) showed up promptly at 9:00am, just like he said he would. The professionalism displayed was impeccable, but what really impressed me the most was that he didn't speak negatively about his competitors. He also did an excellent job of providing me with a little termite history as to why they do what they do, and when they do it.
