About us
The Bug Man pest control is dedicated to use the safest methods possible to control pests. We passionately believe in IPM which is the Integrated Pest Management and was created by the Texas Department of Agriculture. The least amount of chemical possible to control pests and we have raised the standard by using a line of great green products. We personally use these products in our home and around our large family with 6 kids and 10 grandkids with #11 coming soon. We sell all these great products at www.thegreenbugman.com. Hired them in 2017 to start a termite treatment, they showed up and completed it but had a yearly warranty renewal. Never heard from them, called several times and texted them with no response. Finally, got them to come out and retreat when they reappeared a little over a year later. When the time comes for the second year renewal, they must have fell off the earth, no response from any type of contact. Save your money and go with somebody else.

They done a good job, but the were supposed to call and set up an appointment to do a follow up and I have not heard anything from them since they finished the job. When you tell someone you will call and set up a follow up in one year, you should do that. I even asked if I should call them and he said that he had it in his computer and would contact me to set up an appointment to come back in a year. Still waiting.

I was very pleased with how quickly I was contacted and with how quickly the job was able to be completed, and how quickly I received my quote. He was very knowledgable, and did not try to over charge me for a service I did not need. He provided me a certificate for the treatment he completed, and all the very next day! I will use The Bug Man for all my future extermination needs.

Tom did a free inspection and estimate, unlike some would charge a fee. The estimate is also reasonable and affordable. After the first year, the annual fee is $75 to inspect and renew.
