Extremely detailed report with narrative and photographs. Pictures were highlighted with arrows indicating any area of concern, or items that might need attention in the future. In addition to being a home inspection, the report could also be used as a "maintenance manual"! He was very helpful and patient with my dozens of questions - Thank you!

Brian was early and started work immediately. House was rated turnkey. Brian found chimney leaking, falling down, and needed to be replaced. Rotting wood around the house, air return not legal, gas leak, plumbing and other problems. Needless to say we did not buy the house. Good work, I will call them again and recommend.
