Mike at the Carpenter LLC was professional and courteous and did a quality job in structural fixes to my rowhouse first floor. Mike proided a very good initial estimate that increased significantly due a change order for additional work and complications to the initial scope due to soil issues in the crawlspace. Mike was a great sport about working in the very low crawlspace. Areas of improvement for service include timeliness and communication. Although plauged by heavy rains, I was rarely given timely updates and had to significantly delay plans for other projects on the home as a result.

He listened and then provided a proposal that reflected my requirements and a price. Mr. Roberts does very good work at a fair price. I tried three contractors and he is the only one that came through with a timely, accurate proposal. He did the work within the time he predicted and left the work site clear and clean.
