The Carpet Cleaning Guy

Friendly on time and very very nice people would use them again

Advance carpet cleaning, everything went great. Very professional, great work!

One of the fellows tried to beat me out of $50.00, not both just the taller guy. I argued and the other fellow gave me the 50.00 from his own money. The one fellow was a nice guy. I didn't think the service was worth $243,00 because they only did around furniture that could not be moved! Carol S[Consumer name withheld at their request]

Ken was on time, professional and did a wonderful job. He was personable and gave me great advice. I would recommend him to anyone!

Came same day to clean accident on sofa from my dog. exceptional work. He did more work than he had to. Great work

I had wool carpets in my home cleaned. The technician said that the carpets would be dry in about 6 hours. It's now over 24 hours and I still have wet carpets. Two carpets no longer sit flat and are cupped at the edges. The worker asked for paper towels and used his foot to move them around the perimeter of the carpet to wick up excess moisture. When he left I had to roll up each side of the carpet and clean up the excess myself. Terrible. Expensive carpets that, I believe, were over soaked. Big mistake. Very disappointed. They may do a better job on carpets that are not wool. But I certainly would not recommend them for wool carpets.

Technicians very professional. Did a great job cleaning area rug, sofa and love seat.

very pleasant and cleaned up very well

very nice people cleaned up very well after thay were done

These guys took out a cranberry juice stain from my white carpet in the living room. It was amazing. They also cleaned some water damage stains to my sofa from one of my children's wet hair, sleeping on the sofa. I was very pleased with their hard work and professionalism.

Nice guys

Owner Ken was the most professional business person that I have dealt with in a long time. I called with stain problem and after a long holiday weekend when he was busy, he still fit me into the schedule. He was there on time, Tech. Louis explained the process and did an amazing job. He's a perfectionist . Thanks guys.

They were extremely nice and did a wonderful job.

Wonderful job, professional service!

Professional team!

The gentlemen were extremely courteous, thorough, and prompt!

They are wonderful they are professional, prompt, reliable clean and dependable. I have used them for several years on many different occasions

We had a cat urine smell on our brand new love seat. I was afraid that we would have trouble finding someone to clean that kind of smell. Ken was very professional. He happened to be working in our area on the day we sent the request and came over as his last stop for the day. He spent an hour and a half working on our loveseat with deodorizers and thoroughly cleaned the chair. He even gave us a bottle of spot cleaner like the one he used included in his price. We will definately use him again.

Very professional and honest.

They did an excellent and deserve the 5 stars!

Such an excellent company - leave my credit card on my kitchen counter for them for payment, and my front dor open - this is how TRUSTWORTHY they are. I'm lucky enough to have been using them for about 5-6 years now, and couldn't be more pleased. Very courteous and respectful of my time, they will call if they are running late, or ahead of schedule - very accommodating. I would, in addition, like to add they are very quick, thorough and efficient.
