I m completely disappointed with the service and timeliness of the project. I had two different homes done. one room each. I was told I should always get a power stretch. The the second house was told didn't need it. I paid the additional funds requested for the power stretch but feel that I should not have for the second house. I will never use this company or recommend to anyone ever. I feel I could gotten much better service from another company. very dissatisfied.

Hired to stretch and clean carpets. Discussion about price difference for 'power stretch' vs. 'knee kicker stretch' prior to service. We ordered the more expensive power stretch. However, They arrived and did not use the more expensive machine, however still charged me for it! When I questioned it bc I watched them do it, the answer was a run around. While the stretching worked fine ( I assume it will last), the cleaning was using a small machine and wasn't what I've had from larger firms. Don't feel that it was really clean.. Disappointed overall. THey were very nice, respectful, and punctual, so customer service was good. Most disappointed with the price switch.

The company does NOT move furniture to clean carpet. They work around furniture. That was a bit disappoinitng.

Owner provided a telephone quote for removal of furniture and entire carpet and nail down floor boards. Home owner removed all carpet. Workers pulled back half of room and had no idea for understanding of floor board squeak to fix problem. Workers had no work ticket, provided no receipt and had no idea of pricing. Owner never asked workers of amount of work completed to adjust pricing. Poorly run business. Tried to contact (telephone and text) owner with no luck.

Hired this company to stretch my carpet. Technician showed up late. Paid in cash and was told a receipt would be emailed to me. Noi response after trying several times to contact by text and calling and email.

I hired James Scruggins I believe he is with your company. He did a good job. If Iam wrong just disregard my email.

Great job! I don't know how they did it, but Carpet Clinic restored my sagging, dirty, ten year old carpeting to nearly new condition. Can wait to bring them back to do the rest of the house.

This company responded quickly to my request, and repair.

After scheduling a date and time with them, they scheduled the wrong date. They also tried to charge double of what the original quote was. Quality of work was avg.

They canceled and had to reschedule 4 days later. I had asked for local carpet repair and didn't realize this company was located over an hour away! I spoke to James who quoted me the cost to cut me a pad, shampoo stairs and small hall, restretch carpet in 2 rooms and do a power stretch for an additional $50 per room. I agreed although the price was high at $425. I gave the exact dimensions needed on the pad. The man who came, Julian, was very nice but had no power stretcher which was needed because I had built-ins that were problematic. A power stretcher which was part of the quote given to me originally was needed. He said the "other guy" had the power stretcher..I guess they only have one between them! So they couldn't do the main hump in the carpet that I had hired them for in the first place and they basically shrugged and deemed it "unfixable" ! They fixed a smaller hump in the bedroom but left the littler humps around it undone. The pad for my area rug was not even the right dimensions. They were anxious to be on their way and I had to INSIST they tape an extra piece of pad to make it closer to the right size (it was nowhere near the right size even then!) The man kept trying to talk me out of it because he wanted to leave...telling me the tape would make a crinkling sound so I shouldn't tape it. I told him I didn't care and to tape it! After he did it I wanted him to just do a simple turn of the pad so it would be in the less obvious area. You would have thought I asked him to climb Mt. Everest! He said he was late and couldn't do it! Now, he left a whole room undone so I would think he had the time! So I ended up paying $375 for a taped up pad, a small area of carpet cleaning and one small carpet hump removed. I paid them just to get rid of them and out of my house. So...NO...not happy. And James kept telling me what a DEAL I was getting! i SURE GOT dealt SOMETHING BUT IT WAS NO deal! Find a local dealer and call them directly. I feel duped!

They came out the next day, arriving earlier then they thought they could get to our home. They did a great job and eliminated the lumps in the rug. Thanks, we would use them again.

They were on time and very professionl.We have a large home that had large wrinkles that they took out by powerstreching our carpet Did an outstanding job. Will use them again ! Highly recommended!!!!
