Everything seemed fine until the crew arrived. They were late, but the scheduler did call about 45 minutes after the arrival time to let me know. The minute the leader stepped into my house, he began complaining that the job was not as he was told, and then began quizzing me all about the communication I had with the scheduler. I had to tell him the details given to me about the estimate. He then told me that he would have to charge extra to move some of the furniture (not what the scheduler had said). He then demanded that I show him the emails exchanged with the scheduler, as if I had been lying to them. The complaining made me so uncomfortable, that I told him to leave if he didn't feel he could do the job. He said no, that he would do it, but then went outside to call the scheduler himself. We proceeded to move most of the furniture ourselves, just to expedite the process. I then received a call from the scheduler, who hinted that I had mislead her as to how big the rooms were, although I had given her actual square footage specifications. She finally said ok, they would do the job as agreed, but that they had to do some extra space in a hallway, and had to charge an additional fee. At this point, I was stuck, as the crew had already begun working. The bottom line is that the work quality itself was good, but the level of professionalism was poor. Customers should never be pulled into internal disputes, and inadequate job scoping is not the fault of the customer.

nice people, job well done

They called me at 8:30 at night to confirm my appointment. When they call to confirmed, they changed my appointment to 1pm instead of 10am; then they arrived after 2pm. I also requested carpet cleaning with this service and they left vertical lines throughout my floor. The person that took the order was very pleasant and apologize for the confusion and lateness.
