Frank was absolutely amazing!!! He carpeted our stairs for us, and we could not be happier. He was on time, efficient, and really took him time installing, and cleaning up afterwards. I would recommend him to anyone who needs any carpeting done in their home. He even went above and beyond, and was so friendly to my Daughter, who wanted to know everything he was doing. And, when my dogs were in our yard, he even refilled their water bowl while he was outside cutting carpet. I can t say enough good things. Stand up person who is a perfectionist at his job.

Frank did a great job carpeting 2 rooms, a walk-in closet and 11 stairs and 2 platforms. He showed up right on time and worked til the job was done.

Frank showed up promptly (a little early in fact), adhering to all CDC guidelines during this pandemic situation and did a great job. Thank you Frank! Other installers may have walked away when finding out at his pick up of our pre-cut pre-paid carpet order from Home Depot that it was missing! He was at the store for 1.5 hours while they tried to find it...and then they admitted it was gone and they had no more in stock. He happily drove to another Home Depot who did have it to pick it up. A total of an additional two hours of his time... We thank you again Frank for your patience and understanding. We drove two hours to meet him at the home we are getting ready to sell. He was committed to getting the job done for us despite having other install appointments that day. This is the character of an individual you want to hire!
