The gentleman who performed the estimate was very knowledgable and explained everything that was required. The office staff was very friendly. I was very happy with the results my only issue was with the workers they were 2 1/2 hours late and they left my home for over an hour to get more supplies when they said they were going to a nearby store. However the management took care of that situation. I would use them in the future

Vince was very promt and accomodating and scheduled the work quickly. The carpet came in quickly and was installed on time. The guys did a nice job.

Vince and his crew did a great job. Vince came back a few times to reassure us which was great. They moved all our stuff, finshed the job and put everything back as promised. Everything was done on the same day which was also amazing. They took the old carpet and other trash with them. Overall a wonderful job. We will definitely call Vince in future for other work. We had new carpet installed.

Stood out from the 3 other carpet stores we looked at. The Carpet Guys worked with us on our specific needs/problems which was not the case elsewhere. They were courteous and professional and came to the house with samples that made the process exceptionally easy.

I received five qoutes from different venders. Vince was by far the most down to earth and helpful. He made the installation and sale easy and quick. Just for the record, I called EMPIRE, they really should close their business or teach their sale reps manners.

Vince is a very pleasent and fair man there was alittle confusion on measurments but the price stayed the same which was fair time frame was a little altered but not bad workmanship was very good

I am a little upset that the color of the rug is is not at all what I chose. I called the Carpet Guys and they told me the manufacturer (Shaw Carpet) would be in touch with me because it was their fault. I got my carpet installed on Dec. 26th and it is now January 5th and I have not heard from the manufacturer. I doubt I will hear back (since everything is now paid for) but I really wish The Carpet Guys would have helped me with this problem with Shaw.

The Carpet Guys installed new hardwood floors in my living room and dining room and they look perfect! It was great doing business with them. They were nice and patient with us and worked around our budget. I will certainly use them again

Vince was good. The installer were good. However, when Vince was there we discussed the dip in the floor in the upstairs backroom. He said he would be a place a board or something over it before installing the pad and carpert. The installers had no idea what I was talking about. They just went ahead and installed the padding and carpet. Also, as discussed, the metal strips with nails would be not be needed, however, they were reinstalled in two of the rooms and we are having a problem with one where the nails are sliding up. The carpert looks good and, again, the guys were nice, however some things that were discussed were not done.

Project completed as promised. We were satisfied with results.

The Carpet Guys are friendly, honest and very easy to work with. Vince came to our home multiple times to try match our needs and finances. Installers were pleasant & did their work WITHOUT extended or multiple breaks. Above all they cleaned up after themselves and actually carried the garbage to the curb. Tina was courteous and easily took messages and returned calls in more than a timely manner. The flooring is absolutely beautiful. We are so pleased and I didn't have to spend over my limit to get it! We HIGHLY recommend The Carpet Guys and we will be calling Vince to do our upstairs!

The service was quick but they charged me $450 just for the trim in two small rooms and the stair nose was placed and he suggested we not step on it because it might fall off not the quality I had hoped for

I was pleased with the work performed, and will call them again for my next project. One of my concerns has always been clean up after a job is completed. The Carpet Guys did not leave a mess. Thank you Carpet Guys!
