Hi! My name is Jeremy Hongslo and Im the owner of The Carpet Man, Inc. Ive had the privilege of helping many of your friends and neighbors get the most sparkling clean carpets and furniture theyve ever seen. I hired TCM to clean my dryer vent which goes beneath 2 1/2 rooms. He arrived early (amazing), was friendly and very professional. He completed the job, cleaned up after himself, and discussed timeline for future cleaning -- in under an hour.

I live in Nome, Alaska and I was looking for someone to clean my son's rental home in Wasilla. The Carpet Man called me back within an hour of me leaving a message. They worked with me in Nome and my son in Wasilla to schedule the cleaning. The place they were to clean was extremely dirty as the renters left it unlivable! The Carpet Men cleaned it in one day and even did the windows! My son said it looked and smelled brand new!! We will continue to call The Carpet Man for cleaning ... very happy to find them!

They came to clean the carpets of our new home before we moved in. When I arrived the next day to great the movers I discovered they missed an entire room and the rest of the house looked half clean. It looked as if they went down the center of the room and then left. Extremely dissapointing and frustrating since I was trying to have this done before all my furniture arrived.

They quoted $250-290 to begin with then charged me $370 and didn't do the garage as agreed upon. When I called she said they ran out of time but never even called me to discuss it. They also left my house unlocked when they were finished. The interior of the house was cleaned well though.

Scott, who cleaned our couch and loveseat, was more professional than any other contractor we had in the house! We built a brand new house and Scott wore booties over his shoes and laid down tarps without being asked! He was so respectful of our home. I cannot say the same for many other large home improvement companies in which we had ordered our appliances from.
