We ran into some problems with our project so we had to delay the installation of carpet 6 months. Bill and his team were very supportive and held the carpet for us. No problem. The rooms were not terribly square so laying the carpet to make them look square was no small feat. Always returned calls promptly and was very helpful. I would reccommend Bill and use him for any other future projects. I am VERY happy..........

Bill was very pleasant, neat, and knowledgable about his products. This project was time sensitive and he did his best to accommodate us. I do wish there was more of color selection, but I am very pleased with my selection and the installation. He cleaned up after himself which find very important. I would recommend Carpet Zone to Service Magic customers.

Very professional. They came to my house twice before I selected a carpet.Very knowledgeable about styles, types, and colors. Installation took only half a day for my four rooms. From the time I selected the carpet to the time they finished installation, only 6 days had passed. The carpet seams are hidden very well and the carpet itself fits perfectly - no buckling, no ugly seams.

Our walls were just painted the night before and he knew this when he scatched them up. We had to repaint anyway I told him he was very lucky or my husband would be very angry but there was a corner that he took off more than just paint so he said he wanted to get out of here BEFORE my husband got home. When I questioned him on why this happened he said it was because it was a small room and a big piece of carpet this makes no sense to me. This tells me that HE would mess up everyones walls. He also left his jacket here in his haste to get out of here and when I called him and left a message he never came back for it. I am very unhappy

"The room measured 12x12 with a 2x6 closet, I installed a 15x13 berber so there wouldn't be any seams in closet. There was an old tread mill that had to stay in the room. Yes the carpet scuffed the walls and the corner bead into the closet. I told her that she will have to touch up when I'm done. I guess it's true, you can't please everyone. 30 customers before her had no complaints about our work"

The carpet zone was very personable and very good at their craft, I have had my 20 x 40 outdoor deck done with indoor outdoor carpet and it looks beautiful. It was not an easy project it had many angled cuts which he made look like nothing at all. If you are looking for an installer look no further. Lorenzo B.

They came with a crew of 5 people and completed installing carpeting in 3 rooms in one day. Very efficient and polite. They moved all the furniture out of the rooms and then back into the rooms.
