We needed eight bricks replaced in our 58 year old masonry chimney and the mortar throughout re-tuckpointed. Following the repairs, the chimney bricks were cleaned and sealed. Chimney Doctor did a great job!. They provided a prompt competitive estimate, scheduled the repair and other work over several days - alway arrived on-time as scheduled, and communicated throughout the process. I would highly recommend this company.

I got a great estimate and went with it, but the actual job cost much more than anticipated. Once the work had started it was too late to turn back. The other contractor was much closer to the actual price but I went with this one because it seemed to be a better deal to begin with.

Unmatched customer service, good price, though the quality of the repair work on my brick walkway was subpar. But they returned and fixed it quickly.

The work was estimated at about half the cost of another company. The foreman on the project noticed that my steps also needed repair and offered to add that to the job as well. The project was completed ahead of schedule and clean-up was very good, with a couple of minor exceptions. They workers left some used soda bottles in the yard. The other issue was the faucet handle was apparently removed with other debris. However, when I asked about it, they sent someone out to put on a new one. There was a delay of a few days in this repair, and they did not send me the final invoice until the faucet work was complete.

The Chimney Dr, Did a teriffic job. My home 40 years old. They were able to match the brick and mortar perfectly. To meet my schedule they started on Sunday, The crew was very pleasant and efficient. One man even helped me with a large bush that I was struggling to remove. The the chimney looks great amd their price was unbeatable. I highly recommend this company!!

Small job. Bricks fell down from earthquake. They came the next day after I called and fixed the chimney in less than hour.

I was not happy with the service techs not having booties over their shoes and also for not recommending I cover my furniture with drop cloths prior to their cleaning of the chimney. It took me 45 min to clean and vacuum my family room. I called the office of the Chimney Doctor and received "lip service" and a combative attitude from the receptionist stating that they do use drop clothes and I told her it was only enough to cover an area of the carpet. I recommneded that when an appointment is made that they recommend the customer cover all areas and she still came back at me. I will look for someone else next time.

When first making the appointment, I was placed on hold for about 5 minutes. I hung up and called back a little later at which point, I was placed on hold for about 2 minutes. The lady who took the call told me that they were swamped with phone calls coming in and apologized for the wait. On the day of the appointment, they arrived within the hours quoted and the job took about 30 minutes for a chimney cleaning. I was quoted a future job for about $800 (it's not anything immediate so it can wait). They did a very good job cleaning any mess made after job was done.

The Chimney Doctor arrived on time for an inspection. The tech, Robert, was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. He performed the inspection quickly and gave me a written estimate for some suggested maintenance. The prices were very reasonable. I would suggest them, and they will be top on my list for any future work.

Very puntual and hardworking. They explained everything that needed to be donw and were carteful with the work. A relief to get my chimney and fireplace in working order.

Very quick "flash to bang" Got a good feeling when the estimator walked me through the job then showed a few days later to do the work. He took me on the roof and showed me exactly what he had done and I was very pleased with in the install. 2 X Crown replacements; 2 x Flu Cap Dampers; 1 x Cap and seal. The only down sides were the crew mixing cement in my lawn, they could have easily moved into a tree line and the scheduler has some problems with scheduling.
