Very unhappy with the way this company did their billing. Expected that they would have called me back regarding the issues that they saw. I had to call them.
Response by The Chimney Doctor: We were not aware of any problem with the billing. An invoice and estimate (to fix the issues) were sent through email and that's why we did not reach out and call. There was an issue getting these emails to her, but we kept trying until she confirmed receiving them.
