Matt installed a masonry chimney in our barn workshop. First the seal leaked between the roof and the cement block - flooded the workshop in a heavy rain. Then after 14 months the chimney fell over and damaged the roof. I patiently waited for almost a year and its still not functional.

Chimney or Fireplace Service
They told me the chimney was repairable when I had them inspect it pre-closing. It is not and must be entirely replaced at a cost of $5,000 that does not include lining. This would have factored into my decision to purchase the home.
