The price changed multiple times ($1,680 ? $1,000 ? $1,380 ? $1,710). I ultimately paid $1,250 to remove the lien, not because I agreed with the charges, but to protect my closing. Lack of transparency, inconsistent pricing, and escalation before resolution. I recommend getting everything in writing upfront.

Tabitha is great to work with - very very very thorough and detail oriented. Expects the best from her team and the team is great. You pay for the quality and it's worth it. It's the first team I have had where I don't come home from work and look around and don't feel disappointed.
