The Cleaning Authority

So disrespectful of your time. I committed myself to being at my place for the first cleaning. I was told at first 9 am. Then 11-12 and then 12:30pm Each time speaking to the dispatcher who claimed she was in touch with the crew. When 12:30 rolled around ...nothing. They totally screwed my day. I am not an unemployed person.--.I have meetings I had to reschedule Clearly they were not concerned with making a good first impression-so I figure if that is how it is before they have even started...forget it. Complete disrespect of my time. No communication. They simply do not care especially if you are a new customer.

They have to clarify the time they will be cleaning, arrival time, the time to do the job, and the checklist for areas to be cleaned, they need to follow the checklist and be able to communicate with the Homeowner. A professional company needs to come in a professional manner, and uniform and identify themselves

Need to set specific max hours to work or they will work all day!

Jocelyn K was a real professional. My kitchen, oven, fridge, bathroom, and floors were sparkling and the carpets were vacuumed nicely. She also dusted all surfaces I needed. I hope to book her on a monthly basis.

Letty did an awesome job coordinating my move-out cleaning. The cleaning crew did an incredible job of cleaning. They looked refreshed when they went in and worn out when the came out of the house. I knew they had worked!!

We look forward to VIviana and Elizabeth coming to clean our home each week. They are fantastic ladies and clean your home as if it were their home. If I forget to leave clean sheets out for the bed they will remind me and ask if I want clean sheets on the bed. We have the same ladies come so that our dogs are familiar with the same ladies, who they have come to love. Even when they are training another lady they give the lady enough information so she can do a good job while they are cleaning the rest of the house. They always arrive on time. I always look forward to the ladies coming because I am only able to do spot cleaning during the week so I really look forward to the ladies coming and doing the heavy cleaning each weeik; I would love Viviana and Elizabeth to come twice a week but are unable to have them twice a week, so I will continue looking for them to come weekly

Adiana and Elizabeth cleaned my house and I couldn't have done a better job! I'm pretty picky so that is saying a lot! Hope to get that team again!

Excellent customer service. I needed immediate service for the same week and it as provided. Two ladies came to clean. My ceiling fans were not dusted. Found some cobwebs in master bedroom. One of the ladies broke two glass coasters. Dirty dishes were piled in sink. That for me is not 'cleaning house'. At least could have put in dishwasher.

the only problem is cleaning high up. I have very high windows. i am trying to figure how they can do it . otherwise i have absolutely no complaint .

The crew did an amazing job! My wife and I are both overjoyed that we were able to move into our new clean home so fast. I will always recommend her company to anyone. They earned ever dollar I gave them because this wasn't an easy task and they knocked it out like the professional they are.

Bryan Knox called from home advisors inquiry. He was quick and responsive to schedule to cleaning. I sent an email detailing the need for a deep clean with specifics. They were punctual and timely. I have a 800 sq ft 2bed 2bath property. Problem is they didn't say that the deep cleaning only included where their cleaning people could reach. So anything over 67" tall couldn't get a deep clean with anything other than a duster. Apparently their insurance company will not let them stand on anything other than floor. They missed several key items (top of fridge, air intake, ceiling fan, etc..) There customer service rep blamed it on insu

Blanca and Felipa arrived and went right to work. They worked straignt trhough never taking a break. They cleaned EVERYTHING. They worked quietly, and thoroughly. My house spackled when they were done and it smelled clean too. They were OK with my dog and us being there. I can't think of one thing to complain about. I will efinately use Cleaning Authority again. One other think that impressed me was a cleaning supervisor did a suprise inspection of thier work. She came by 15 minutes after the crew left and did a quick walk through, She checked spots like top of refriigerator, top of book shelves to see if anything was missed.

TCA was helpful in meeting my schedule for when to have the work done. The team did a great job - everything is very clean!

Good first experience with the team...will have more to add in the coming weeks.

Today was the first cleaning by The Cleaning Authority and we are so pleased. Sylvia, Maria and Christian arrived here and went right to work. Due to health problems, my husband and I decided to try the service and are we glad. When I met with Brian, I was still not sure if I could turn the cleaning over to someone else to do but with the ease of talking to him, it just seemed the thing to do. If anyone is not sure, let me tell you that I am a pickey person and all three girls did a great job, just like I would have done it if not better. I am already looking forward to the next cleaning. Nothing is better than a clean house.

this is my first experience with this company. They did a good job and the ladies who cleaned my house were efficient, pleasant and friendly.
