While there were problems with the scheduling and the timing, this was a problem with the front office. The cleaning service was excellent, they worked extremely hard, and I look forward to their next visit. They did everything advertised and more. They are pet sensitive and took care to make sure the appropriate doors were closed to make sure one cat couldn't get out.

Great company to deal with! Very customer focused. We normally have the same crew but it can change from time to time. They are not the least expensive but after dealing with endless issues with less expensive, independent services, I am happy to pay for reliability and quality.

Hired for a deep clean for home sale. Although my home is basically clean, I'd neglected things like baseboards, light fixtures and mouldings. The house smelled clean and fresh. I like that they use Eco friendly products. Job well done. Nice professional staff, friendly workers.

Cleaning crew attempts to do good job but is rushed to finish and get to next house. Last visit - cleaning was fine. No bags were put back in waste baskets, bag of garbage left on dryer, table center piece left on counter, dog ball that was on floor put in makeup basket.

We also track any details of customer communication to ensure proper follow up. After reviewing our records, I did not see that we had any client concerns during the time frame that remotely matched this complaint. As with anything, it is virtually impossible to correct a situation we are not aware of, but we will always treat our clients and their concerns with respect."

I have had one cleaning with the Cleaning Authority and they have done a wonderful job. My initial estimate was professional and very accurate. I would certainly recomend them to my friends and have done so. Their prices are more than reasonable and much better than other service providers. Excellent value.

We first interviewed with the owner/manager and were very favorably impressed. His prices were more than reasonable. The ladies arrived on time and were very professional in their appearance and got right to work and were done in very short order. Definitely a five out of five.
