The cleaning was okay. Nothing spectactular. For the amount that I paid, I would expect more. I would not use them again.

"We discussed with the customer after arriving at the clean that because it was a rental property it would take extra cleaning time to refurbish the home, but we had to stay within the customer's budget. We offer a complete Customer Satisfaction Guarantee and would have came back immediately to the rental property to redo anything the customer was not satisfied with, if she would have notified us."

They did a fair job. Picture in hall was knocked down which broke an angel that I had. I know accidents do happen but they do need to be more careful in what they are doing.
